- That price is the price. Engraving and personalisation are included. Standard shipping is free in the continental US with no minimum, and sales tax is added only for orders shipping to Mississippi. No setup or artwork fees.
- You see a proof before we engrave anything. We send a digital proof of your design for approval and you can ask for changes. Nothing goes to the laser until you say yes.
- Your photo gets checked by a person. Send JPG, PNG, TIFF or PDF, ideally around 300 DPI. Our design team works with your image and shows you the result on the proof.
- Production takes 7 to 10 business days. That clock starts when you approve the proof, not when you order, and shipping time is on top. Working to a fixed date? Tell us the date first and we will confirm what is possible.
