Before you order
Four questions come up more than any others. Here are the answers in full.
How much will my crystal cost in total?
The price shown on the product page is the price of the crystal, including the 3D laser engraving and personalisation. Standard shipping within the continental United States is free, with no minimum order. Sales tax of 7% is added only for orders shipping to Mississippi; there is no sales tax on orders shipping to any other state. There are no setup, artwork or engraving fees on top.
What happens if the photo I send is not good enough to engrave?
Send it and our design team will work with you on it. We accept JPG, PNG, TIFF and PDF, and high resolution images of around 300 DPI give the best result. After you order we contact you to collect your photos, text and design preferences, and you approve a digital proof of the design before production begins. Nothing is engraved from a photo you have not signed off.
How long will it take to arrive?
Standard production takes 7 to 10 business days, and that clock starts when you approve your proof, not when you place the order. Shipping time on top of that depends on where you are, and express shipping options are available. Many of these pieces are for a fixed date, a graduation, a memorial service, a wedding, a retirement or an awards night, so if you are working to one, contact us before you order and we will confirm what is possible.
Can I see what my crystal will look like before you make it?
Yes. We send you a digital proof of your design and nothing goes to the laser until you approve it. You can ask for changes, and you can ask more than once. This applies to single keepsakes and to bulk corporate orders alike. Because a custom engraved piece cannot be resold, the proof is how we make sure you get what you pictured.
