Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Inspired Crystal Awards' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the website
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person

Products and Services

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Pricing

All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and services without notice.

Custom Orders

Custom crystal engravings are created based on the images, text, and specifications you provide. Once you approve the design proof, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled or modified.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns and Refunds

Because each crystal product is custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or we made an error. To request a return for a defective product, contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images and content you provide for engraving. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use the content solely for the purpose of creating your custom product.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Inspired Crystal Awards or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inspired Crystal Awards from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
